Tara Advanced Form - Fairy of Plasma

I've done it! I finally did Tara's Advanced form!
I sooo love it. Tara is something like child or she is at leas acting like it sometimes, so this is perfect for her. It shows her personality perfectly but it is still makeing her gorgeous. All I need to do now is wings, hihi. xD
