It's Scraggy! xD
Okey, since the moment I saw the lineart, I had to color it. Soft shading again, even though I was hesitating between soft and hard shading. Why did I chose to color Scraggy? Cause I love Scraggy! I'm his fan since I saw him on TV and he is one of my favourite pokemon. So hope you like it too. ^^
