The idea of this came when Nat made Miyu and Mayu who look like Chibiusa and Chibi Chibi-chan. Here is Sailor Uranus/Haruka. Yap, yap, I finished all outer senshis and I just need to upload them all si that will go well. I hope you like it and that you will like rest of this serie. ^^
